Design

Exergy's sanitary shell and tube heat exchangers are designed for the high quality requirements and and hygienic standards of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. All surfaces in contact with the product have a Surface finish of maximum 20μin (0.5μm) Ra, and can be improved to 15μin (0.38μm) Ra or more. This model is available with single or double tube sheet to minimize the risk of cross cross-contamination between the product and the Working fluids to be eliminated.
