Peristaltic dosing pumps

How they work:

An impeller with several rollers rotates while squeezing a hose (a higher number of rollers increases precision). This allows the liquid to be sucked and pushed through the pump.

Advantages:

  • Ideal for aseptic, corrosive and abrasive liquids.
  • Easy installation and maintenance
  • Cost-effective maintenance thanks to no valves, seals or bushings
  • Reversible direction of rotation for draining the line and eliminating blockages
  • Virtually pulsation-free operation
  • Different conveying hose materials to suit different fluids
  • Suitable for continuous or batch operation
  • Multi-head pumps available for simultaneous transfer of different products

Areas of application:

  • Laboratory environments
  • Single-use applications
  • Conveying and (precision) dosing of aggressive media
  • Transport of shear-sensitive liquids
  • Volumetric pumping of a wide range of liquids

This type of pump is particularly characterized by its versatility and robustness. The simple design enables cost-effective and efficient maintenance with high operational reliability.
