Return policy

Exchange and return of goods are only possible in agreement with Aseptconn. Please contact us in this regard in advance by e-mail. Goods that Aseptconn does not have in stock, or that you have ordered incorrectly, will not be taken back. In addition, used and damaged goods and opened packaging will neither be exchanged nor taken back. Returned goods are only accepted in perfect original condition, including original packaging.
