ViscoTec 1C Pharma Dispenser VPHD Hygienic Design



The pump system is ideal for dosing various fluids in the ml range of dosing volume: 0.1 ml/rev to 5.1 ml/rev and Volume flow: 0.2 ml/min to 800 ml/min. The high flexibility in the programming allows a very good adjustment for each dosing applications, filling highly viscous products. The dosing operation is very simple to adjust by changing the dosing speed and the possibility to set up a suck back after dosing to get a clean cut of the thread and through the easy combination with different dosing nozzles, the Pharma Dispenser could be individually tailored to any dosing application. With these pumps it is possible to dispense small amounts (starting from 0.5 ml) very accurately and with a highly repeatable level. Also by using the pump within a small production batch for several hours the pumps run reliably and the dosing is reproducible. The cleaning of the system is very easy and can be done without any residues within the pump. Thanks to it's construction, an easy flushing is sufficient to clean the pump. Because of the compact design of the dosing unit (pump and drive) it is possible to get the dosing needles very close together.
