Two NovAseptic mixer models are available for general mixing and suspending. The GMP mixer is the standard model and the first choice for the most critical applications in your process steps that are subject to stringent requirements regarding
cleaning capability and sterilizability in the installed state. The GMP mixer runs without particle discharge and is suitable for general mixing, temperature control in solutions and shear sensitive applications.

Diamondcoated bearing
The diamond-coated bearing improves the dry-running properties and thus extends the service life time of the mixing head

Mixing head: 1.4435 (316L)
Female bearing: Ceramic SiC (SsiC) diamond coated
Surface
Mechanically or mechanically and polished and Electro polished. No polishing compounds of animal origin used.
Operating temperature
5 to 135 °C (41 to 275 °F)
Labeling
Each Mixing Head is individually labeled for full traceability according to our procedures
Options
Special material like Hastelloy, C22, 1.4539 ect and custom made solutions available upon request
